KC over Crew (a better recap); Where I see Columbus
By: Jeff | May 8th, 2007The Hunt Park Insider - and that’s a quality source, people - posted their thoughts on the Columbus Crew’s Saturday’s loss to the Kansas City Wizards; suffice to say they didn’t see a lot to admire out there, but they’ve got a thorough breakdown to feed your head.
As it turns out, I didn’t either: in the power rankings I just posted on It’s a Simple Game, Columbus slipped down to (ouch!) 10th in the league. Those curious about where their boys ended should feel free to pop over as well (hmmm…except maybe Chicago fans; I’m now trying produce a bad season for them by wishing for it).
Finally (yeah, short post today), Hunt Park also posted player ratings from Saturday. A couple players got out alive and that made these seemed more generous than the review would suggest.
