Crew v Rhinos USOC post game.

The Crew just lost to the Rhinos in Pk’s. It was the WORST announcing I have ever heard. Don’t want to really write about what happened so just read the press release tomorrow. I am kind of mad right now because MLS doesn’t take the tournament serious.

Your reserve keeper was on his freaking game. Great stop after stop, and I honestly did not think we were going to win the game, after his great penalty save and the way he read the first two penalties.

I don’t know how you were watching it (I was at the game) but it was absolutely miserable out. Worst. Weather. Ever.

no we had the crapless audio from over there i think it was 107.5 some country station. those announcers were crappy as well. i was suppose to go to the match but things came up. i’m upset cuz they could of done better but didn’t seem to fight for it.

It is interesting. The Rhinos almost take the Open Cup more serious then the regular season while the opposite is true for the Crew.

The thing these MLS teams need to start realizing is it is very bad for moral when they get beaten by lower division teams. Especially this year when only 3 MLS teams lost to lower division teams.

Of course the Rhinos had a chip on their shoulder for multiple reasons. Rochester has a proud tradition of winning games and any team that thinks Rochester will hand them a easy win has not paid much attention to history.

Of course I can’t fault the Crew for taking their league game more serious.

    Kristina:

I had to listen to the Minnesota announcers yesterday for the KC vs. Thunder game. I will put money on the fact that they were even worse than what you had to listen to, not only were they homers to the point where they criticized every call against them (although they did get 2 penalties in the game) but were guessing half the time about what was happening in the game. I would have loved to mute my computer, but since I was doing other stuff at the time I had to put up with it to keep track of the game.
