As for the referees he made a comment about that at the Supporters Summit last year during MLS Cup. They took video of it but can't find it. All they can do is try to complain to USSF and make their voice heard, but ultimately USSF controls these things. Garber isn't really to blame for any of it, his league has nothing to do with the transportation taken to the game or the quality of the referees (who are FIFA approved somehow).
